Relevant Stakeholders other than Shareholders
This section is dedicated to the Regulation governing the policy for the management of dialogue the company’s Relevant Stakeholders other than shareholders, which defines the principles, rules, roles and procedures through which Banco BPM and the companies belonging to the Banco BPM Group manage dialogue and ensure the active and ongoing engagement with the aforementioned persons.
The Regulation is intended, therefore, as a continuation of and complement to the Regulation on the management of dialogue with shareholders currently in force “Shareholder-Director Engagement” (available in the Investor Relations/Policy di Shareholder-Director Engagement section of the website) with this Regulation applying to all categories of stakeholders – other than shareholders – identified as relevant to the Group, in line with the approach of creating shared value in the medium to long term that underpins the pursuit of sustainable success.
