ESG Factory is a project, started in 2022, that transforms the bank into a meeting and training place for companies, thanks also to the contribution of qualified partners.
The aim of the initiative is to explore all the issues related to sustainability and the paths that companies have the opportunity to take in this context, providing adequate information on services and products to face the challenges associated with the transition to more sustainable business models, to take advantage of the opportunities of an ever-changing market and to continue to be competitive.

During the conferences organized in the area, the large participation of the business people involved confirmed a growing interest in sustainability issues and a strong awareness of their importance in business strategy. ESG-related topics were covered, as well as in-depth analyses of the ecological transition and its impact on business, social inclusion and governance.
