Report on Corporate Governance

The Board of Directors of Banco BPM since its establishment, by resolution of January 10, 2017, has adhered to the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies issued by Borsa Italiana.
By resolution of December 15, 2020, it then adhered to the new Corporate Governance Code issued by the Corporate Governance Committee.

The “Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure” explains, in accordance with the “comply or explain” principle, the reasons for any failure to comply with one or more recommendations contained in the principles or application criteria of the Code itself.
