300 employees with different areas of expertise have been selected to be Brand Ambassadors in order to generate new ideas, share and support our initiatives within the company and regions and attend engagement events. At the end of 2017, the selection process was opened on the company intranet to all our employees (both within the commercial network and central departments). We received around 1,000 CVs, showing the high level of interest in this project.

Our brand ambassadors are the connective and informative tissue between all company departments and the commercial network. They are communicators, yet also aid internal processes.
